Polsgrove Plumbing Services, LLC: Missed Call Alerts

Program description

Polsgrove Plumbing Services, LLC sends missed call alert text messages to its owner and employees. When our automated phone assistant answers a call that our team could not take, it sends a text to the on-duty team member with the caller's name, callback number and reason for calling. These messages are for internal business use only. We do not send text messages to customers or the general public, and we do not send marketing messages.

Who can receive messages

Only the owner of Polsgrove Plumbing Services and its employees receive these messages. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

How team members opt in

Team members give verbal consent. The owner or a manager reads the following statement to the team member, who must say "yes" before any messages are sent:

"By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive missed call alert text messages from Polsgrove Plumbing Services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes."

The team member's name, mobile number and the date of consent are recorded in our internal records.

After the team member agrees, they receive this confirmation text:

"Polsgrove Plumbing Services: You have agreed to receive missed call alert texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message frequency varies based on the number of missed calls.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
